Complaints and Suggestions form

To process your complaint, suggestion or request, please follow these four simple steps:

  1. 1. Download and complete the form PDF format or DOC format.
  2. 2. If you wish to deliver your complaint or suggestion in person, please present your completed form at the Faculty Registry Office in the Secretariat between 9am and 2pm. Please note that if you require proof of having submitted your form you must present the document in duplicate.
  3. 3. If you prefer to send your complaint or suggestion electronically, please send an email to --LOGIN--4f997b40b01fbc74d8dc893eae9d75d5ugr[dot]es , attaching your completed form. In the ‘subject’ field please type Complaints and Suggestions, and indicate in the body of the email the department or area to which the issue relates.
  4. 4. For suggestions or requests you may also wish to use the suggestion box located at the customer service counter of the Faculty Secretariat.

All information will be treated in strict confidence. Responses will be sent only to the sender, assuming the issue not been raised anonymously.

Complaints relating to the Centre or its governance will be addressed within a maximum of one month. If the recipient of the complaint is at departmental level, a maximum timescale of three months will apply.

If you believe your complaint has not been adequately addressed, or if it concerns the Centre itself, you may address the issue to the University General Manager, the University Service Inspector , Inspector or the University’s internal Ombudsman.
